Value added co-op buying lamb, goat, rabbit etc. Buy from membership and outside sources (esp. Fall-early Spr). Must be delivered to Rutland, VT for slaughter. Seek lambs, kids (20-35 lb dressed carcass). Also some fat lambs, kids (36-45 lb dressed).
